The tallest building in Croatia is located in Split and is to become home to the first Marriot in Croatia with 210 rooms, all with sea view due to the specific shape of the building. Hotel has also five modular conference halls with a total capacity of 300 people, a spa & wellness centre with indoor pool and gym, an à la carte restaurant, bar and lounge.
In addition to the hotel Dalmatia Tower will also house regional offices of internationally recognised IT companies.
