Iris Jurčić is experienced regional and project development consultant with more than 17 years of experience in development projects. Following several years of working for German based consulting group on local and international investment projects, Iris joined DCP team and worked as consultant on public and private sector projects. Services provided to the public sector ranged from preparing development strategies, structuring projects, managing planning and permitting, budgeting, applications to grant sources (EU funds, national and regional funds and international funds) to managing realization and reporting to fund providers. Services provided to the private sector ranged from preparing documentation for land use allocation, investment studies, business plans to project development and management.
