Mario Perković is an entrepreneur, property consultant and project manager with more than 15
years of experience in business development, project management and consulting in the
Croatian property sector. He is CEO and co-owner of several companies specialized in
Architecture/Design, Project management, Property management and Consulting. Based on his
extensive experience he founded DCP focusing on creating, developing and realizing complex
projects in Dalmatia and Croatia.
In addition to his role in DCP, Mario currently leads and manages Heros team of architects,
engineers and consultants ensuring that they successfully:
- Design more than 50 projects per year
- Obtain more than 30 building permits per year
- Provide project management services
Mario created procedures and managed complex processes for numerous Clients such as:
- Legalization process – resulting in more than 1,000 buildings legalized
- Legal separation of the apartments – resulting in more than 10,000 apartments
separated
- Agrokor restructuring – non-core business assets systematization and valuation
- Energy efficiency – planning, permitting and EU funds obtaining for energy efficiency
- improvement by reconstruction of residential buildings in Split area
- Providing full service to Clients investing in new high end real estate. The service is
composed of full planning and permitting, followed by “turn key” construction
including full furnishing and delivering to the client the property they envisioned
ready to live in.
